Why can't hemp THC drinks ship to my state if cannabis is legal here?
Many states with legal cannabis require every drink with THC to go through their licensed cannabis stores. Washington and California both work this way, so a hemp THC drink from out of state can't ship there even though you can buy a THC drink at a local dispensary.
What's the difference between a hemp THC drink and a dispensary drink?
Hemp THC drinks are made from hemp, usually run 2mg to 5mg a can, and can be sold online where state law allows. Dispensary drinks are made from marijuana, tend to run stronger, and are sold only in licensed stores in states with legal recreational cannabis.
